Check-in Policy
- Check-in time 14:00 – 19:00. Due to technical reasons, check-in outside these hours please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.
- Check-out time 12:00.
- Presenting a valid and original ID such as KTP / Passport / Driving License upon check-in is mandatory. If guests fail to present the document, the resort has the right not to proceed with the check-in process and there will be no refund.
- Since we are located in a very remote area we highly recommend to have a fixed return transport. Transport services in remote areas are upon availability and mostly higher priced.
House Rules
- All tents are non-smoking tents.
- No pets are allowed
- No cooking in all tents, inside and outside areas.
- No outside food is allowed.
Free Parking
- Free Parking in front of the lobby is limited, please make a reservation one day before your arrival
Cancellation Policy
Any Cancellation or Date Modification: 14 days prior to check-in time, 100 % of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Complaints
Any complaints or accidents that happen on site must be informed to us immediately as they can not be handled after departure.
